1. No Refunds
All registration fees for the Cougar Prowl 24 Hour Ultra Track Race are non-refundable. By completing your registration through RunSignUp, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to injury, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

2. Event Conditions
The Cougar Prowl 24 Hour Ultra Track Race is a rain-or-shine event. The race will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of extreme circumstances where participant safety is at risk. Any changes to the event schedule will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

3. Beneficiary of Proceeds
Proceeds from the race directly support the Blackhawk Cougars Track and Field Teams. By registering, you acknowledge that your race fee contributes to this cause, and refunds cannot be provided.

4. Registration Transfers and Deferrals
Registration transfers or deferrals may be considered at the race director’s discretion. Requests must be made in writing to cougarprowlultra@gmail.com prior to June 27, 2025. Approval is not guaranteed.
